Our job was to show the continual excellence of Stony Brook’s offerings to new potential students and other peer educators. To accomplish this we extended a young brand for all messaging and creative to live within.

Fast-track toward activating their full potential

The Further, Faster campaign is designed to help Stony Brook meet prospective students and informed peer educators. The rays of the Further, Faster replicate the momentum and trajectory of a student’s path with all its twists and turns and successes.

Student and alumni videos

Over 2 very fast paced days with director Sam Baumel, we created 2 videos introducing the Further, Faster campaign. The first was aimed at attracting prospective students and the second for building reputation among academic peers. Their primary use was in paid media and the University’s social channels.

 
 
 

For prospective students we demonstrate the many ways in which Stony Brook will give them hands-on research opportunities, internships and job placement in nearby New York City, and a flourishing campus life.

 
 
 

For the academic peer audience, we featured stories that showcase what is truly unique about SBU: the University’s position as a premier research university and partnership with Brookhaven National Lab, SBU’s local and global impact, and the access and opportunities SBU gives students regardless of economic background.

The Roth Pond Regatta is a boat race held at Stony Brook University's each year. Students build their own boat out of the strangest materials they can find and race from one side of Roth Pond to the other.
