Pigeon Man comic
What happens if New York didn’t get the hero it needs but the hero it deserves?
I produced each issue of the comic, taking the story from brainstorm to pencils to color to launch. An ambitious reading experience was built: as you scrolled along, some panels would animate bringing the comic to life on the web. It was friggin rad.
As Art Director I carved out the world in which Pigeon Man could exist with a dynamic digital experience, real life stunts, merchandise, and printed materials.

#1 The Wrong Prison
In a city riddled with crime, and desperate for salvation, lives an unlikely hero. Horny, hungry, and unloved, he is Pigeon Man. And he is better than nothing. Maybe.
#2 How The Sausage Is Made
As Pigeon Man struggles to rescue his pregnant lesbian daughter from the wrong prison, or hero to none, shitbag to many must also save the city's disappearing orphans. Can we do it? Probably not.
#3 Rat, trashed
Battles, bruised, and unable to play with himself, Pigeon Man must face off against his greatest nemesis, the evil Bill de Blasio. Will a mysterious, trashy stranger help him with the battle... or lose his most precious possession?
#4 fuck
A Commish in love. A Pigeon in peril. A Rat enslaved. A Joanne expecting. Can they overcome the odds to overpower deClawsio? Why the fuck are we asking you? Anyway, enjoy.
